Who are we looking for?
We have a fun, dynamic team located in Brixton. Currently, we’re a passionate team of under 70, but we’re growing quickly and on the hunt for a motivated individual with a sales focus to join our newest division, Connect.
Connect is a growing business unit that manages the relationships between Resi and any service providers that a client might require for their build project.
An understanding of the build process and how architects can support throughout is vital. Residential experience is favourable but not crucial. A forward thinking mindset and a desire to get projects over the line will see you shine.
We are looking for someone with residential development experience, whether this is an architect, quantity surveyor, building, electrician, building control officer etc., to help manage and generate sales of Resi services, You will be responsible for developing our Contractor Connect service where you will be linking our clients to contractors suitable for their projects.
A Resi Contractor Relationship Consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable in rapidly developing a rapport with prospects to determine their motivations and needs, whilst also understand the build process and the services required to get a project on site. Managing expectations, presenting our services and overcoming objections are all part of the daily challenge in this innovative role.
Their objective is to help the company grow by closing projects, developing new business and exceeding their sales quota.
To achieve monthly conversion quota
Perform Connect consultation calls with clients for Resi services
Advise clients on best practice throughout their tender process
Troubleshoot any issues throughout a tender process
Able to advise and support clients/contractors when on site
Call existing customers to offer complimentary Resi services
Accurately capture relevant information from the customer.
Manage client throughout architectural journey with Resi
Tracking of prospects and opportunities
Support the Head of Connect in developing this new business unit

We are looking for the following attributes:
Some understanding of planning policy beneficial
A solid understanding of the build process and services required throughout
1-2 years’ experience within the residential sector
Technical/building regulations knowledge
RIBA part 1 preferred
