About AAK Zhang Jiagang

AAK Zhangjiagang is built with the latest AAK technologies and state-of-art facilities, with a production capacity of 150,000 metric tons per year，with more than 67,000m2 occupied area. We have a fully automated process, guarantees / high product quality and process efficiency. A well-designed raw material tank farm /and blending tanks give the plant the versatility to/work with multi oils and provide customized products to the key customers. We are using additional water purification station processes all the water / used for the margarine production to assure high product quality,

In this existing factory a new Infant Nutrition factory is under construction.

 

About the role

We are now looking for 5 process technicians. They will report to technician leader and have the shift work, 24 hours 7 days/week. The responsibility for the process technician will be:

      Operating and controlling the factory daily and 24 hours, 7 days per week.

     Do regularly inspections in the factory and if needed take necessary actions to ensure safe production.

      Ensure that the factory is clean and tidy and do the main part of the cleaning.

      Take out samples and deliver them to the QC-lab.

      Following-up on lab analyses and make necessary adjustment tor the process so the produced components will be within specification.

   Do all necessary working tasks to make sure the factory will be in operation. For example

–          Change enzymes.

–          Change filter bags.

–          Ensure process aids are available.

–          Ensure used process aids are removed.

       Continuously following up on yields and make sure the production is operating in the most optimal way.

        Ensuring food safety HACCP.

        Update BOMs when necessary.

        Coordinate with other production departments when necessary.

      Make the tank planning and coordinate with responsible planner at the planning department. Continuously follow-up on the plan and making necessary adjustments.

        Do necessary preventive maintenance.

     In case of an emergency breakdown, coordinating so the factory can be up and running as soon as possible. If possible do the repair yourself and if needed coordinate with the maintenance team.

About you

We believe you have

         Technical background as operator, mechanic, fitter, electrician or similar and that you today work at an Oils and Fats factory in Europe.

         A minimum of 5 years within in Oils and Fats processing industry and 10 years working experience.

        Working language is English,Chinese is not required.
