- Responsible to take P&IDs and layouts and determine electrical scopes of work for estimating purposes
- Create documentation including electrical scopes of work, programming scopes of work, detailed engineering scope of services for bidding
- Ensure ABInbev Global and North American standards are followed for all 3rd party design work
- Review vendor quotes to ensure vendors provide equipment meeting ABInbev standards
- Work with process designers and stakeholders to provide quick feedback on best design practices
- Review scopes of work with bidders to ensure full understanding and answer questions
- Review designs with facility stakeholders and team members to ensure their plant preferences are included where appropriate
- Meet with vendors to get accurate proposals
Job Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related degree
- 5+ years of experience performing electrical design engineering either in a consulting or manufacturing environment
- Electrical Design experience including panel design, power design, single lines, Ethernet network design, AS-I/Profibus network design
- Up to 25% travel, mainly in North America for scoping and review meetings at facilities
