Position Description
The Exposure Analyst uses current data and flight schedules to forecast unbilled aviation fuel sales. From this information he/she can analyze when customers will reach their credit limits and determine advance payment amounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately for ecast daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly fuel consumption using schedules and historical data.
  • Monitor the data daily and weekly to validate the forecasts
  • Prepare and present reports detailing forecasts to help senior management make decisions
  • Ensure the orders placed by customers are accurate and not duplicate
  • Generate Executive Dashboards highlighting problems and corrective actions in delayed invoicing from suppliers

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Highly analytical and strong critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel(e.g.–pivottables, lookups,etc.) • Aviationexperienceaplus
  • Multilingu a laplus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well Organized
