About the role.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into a Sales and Business Development role based from our Collingwood Roastery.
People are important to us, so you must be comfortable building and maintaining relationships while also managing expectations. You will be encouraged to actively seek out the best coffee businesses to represent our brand, and to understand when the fit isn’t right.
This energetic role will suit you best if you value the importance of teamwork and achieving a shared vision, balanced with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
We’re looking for a someone with a proven record in sales, business development or customer service. You’ll need great listening skills, a tenacity to build relationships and win business. You will have experience making considered commercial decisions and working closely with budgets and strategy.
Your communication style will focus on listening and questioning to build rapport with customers. You’ll work collaboratively with our wider team to turn these relationships into long term, meaningful business partnerships. You will be a strong brand ambassador and motivated to seek out business owners that share our passion for seriously good coffee.
You are passionate and proactive about engaging with people. You are well considered and professional, but don’t take yourself too seriously.
A driver’s license is essential as you will be required to get out on the road and visit prospective and existing customers.
