Job Description for Laboratory Technician
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology
- Singaporeans and PR may apply
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Positive working attitude, cooperative with all levels, be initiative and able to work under a fast pace environment
- Good team player with problem solving skill
- Able to work independently
Key responsibilities:
- Support internal partners of different segments (Chocolate and confectionary, bakery, dairy and special nutrition) by performing the practical work in the innovation center
- Provide efficient execution of trials and analysis in the innovation center according to agreed priorities
- Active involvement in customer trials and training sessions for various event
- Prepare, conduct and follow-up of lab trials and training sessions
- Manage incoming, outgoing raw materials, consumables and packaging for trials
- Operate and maintain pilot scale machinery and analytical instrument
- Ensure data and information from trials are accurate and documented
- Ensure deadlines are met on agree projects and trials
- Support adhoc activities as required
